BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

I have experienced many aspects of nursing over my career including the development and utilization of skills in clinical care, planning, training, operations, communications, management, financial management, problem solving, quality assurance and public speaking.

I have served as a hospice nurse,  geriatric care manager, consultant to hospitals and physicians, clinical nurse, and advisor to individuals and families. 

In addition to my formal education, I have taken many courses in continuing education as well as participated in frequent metaphysical experiential learning opportunities.  I am a graduate of the Colorado Coaching and Hypnotherapy Training Institute and am certified as a hypnotherapist by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association.

All of my life, I have volunteered my time and expertise - currently I serve the Alzheimer's Association of Larimer County as well as have an appointment to the Senior Advisory Board, Fort Collins City Council.

I am always learning and growing and keep my skills current through professional organizations, continuing education offerings,  and peer consultation.
