First session - 90 minutes ~ includes talking about your history, your life, your goals and experiencing a relaxation hypnosis session.

Second session - 60 minutes ~ includes setting your goals and developing a plan together.

All other sessions - 60 minutes

Practicing self hypnosis and doing assigned homework will gain you more profound results and save you time and money.
